Friday Favorites: Cadbury Creme Eggs

These have been a favorite since I was a kid.

I get SO excited every year when

 Cadbury creme eggs

hit the stores!

(And I usually stock pile them 

after the holiday when they go on sale.)

This year is TOUGH...

I gave up chocolate for Lent.

{CRAZY, I KNOW!}

So, it is safe to say that

I am hoping for an

Easter basket FULL 

of these delicious treats!

Thankfully my sick boy was 
feeling much better and 
he (we) had a BLAST!

Friday Favorites: The Balm

I have been a Burt's Bees girl 

for a long time.

However.

Burt's really hasn't been all that effective 

on my lips this winter...

which I was pretty bummed about.

 

Luckily I found this Blistex

at the check out counter the other day

and decided to give it a try.

I am SO glad I did.

It really helps my lips 

and the "flavor" is yummy!

Friday Favorites: Flops

this is NOT a new favorite.

i have loved flops for as long as i can remember.

(in fact i have had these particular flops

since my freshman year of college...

the left thong has been sewn back together

bc a friend's cat chewed it one night...

so they are pretty rough looking,

but have been formed to my foot

which makes them super comfy)

i am so excited that we have had some days

that are warm enough to wear flops...

in other news, i need a pedicure!

i have decided to make Fridays my "Favorites" day....

i will post a picture of something that i am currently diggin'...

 i have a few necklaces i wear all the time.

i have combined these 2 onto one chain...

these are special to me because the big heart is from the hubs

and the heart locket is from sbj.

i love having them with me all the time!

these are especially important today as we are raising awareness for

HEART HEALTH...

which is the #1 killer of women.

so please love yourself and love your heart.

my collection grew over Christmas and i am so excited...

there are still a few colors i hope to get...

but i love these plates and bowls!
