New Nursery

I registered online 

for our first items for

Baby Boy #2!

We wanted him to

have his own nursery decor...

we {well, I but hubs is awesome and let me have my way} chose

"Blue the Morning Zoo" 

from The Land of Nod!

What a great way to start

getting some NEW things for 

this sweet boy!

Sweet Dreams

On this Want it Wednesday

I am posting about something I

need...

PATIENCE,

at nap and bed time.

My SBJ has lost his mind.

He has started getting this 

crazy burst of energy

as soon as it is time to lay down...

then he refuses to settle down...

requires the Hubs or I to stay with him for

looooooooong periods of time...

takes HOURS to actually fall asleep...

It started before we moved him into

his new big boy bed

and has only gotten worse since then.

I. can. not. take. it. much. longer.

Routine

On this Wednesday, what I want is to get back in to a ROUTINE!


The holidays are over, but our life still isn't flowing like it should.
Why?
1. My SBJ turned 3 and got pneumonia.
2. I am preggers and have been battling a head cold.
3. The hubs is still recovering from his shoulder surgery.


I am so looking forward to us all being healthy and getting back into the swing of things!

can I create a new blog post from my iPad?

I find I am using that more and more

and would certainly keep up 

with my posts more if

I could add from there!?

I have always

been a fan of gift registries.

I think they are genius.

For years I have wished I could 

register for and and all occasions.

Now, thanks to Amazon.com,

I have an online Wish List

that I can share with family and friends!

So. Smart.

I have even started 

a private wish list

where I will gather gift ideas

for friends and family!

I know some people 

aren't big fans of registries...

but I think they are fantastic!

They help take the guess-work out...

and for some of the items of my list

they are just for "inspiration"

~ I have found something

online and noted,

"I like this, but doesn't have to be exact."

Also, I think this is so much

nicer-easier-better

than sending family 

a list of gift ideas.

So, thank you Amazon

for helping make some of 

my Want-It Wishes come true!

Life

For today's Want it Wednesday

I am going pretty simple.

I want a long,

happy,

fulfulling

life...

for my family,

my friends,

and myself.

Who doesn't, right?

I love how it captures happiness

especially the happiness of my Grandma in the background.

My thoughts are with my Grandma today.

However, I recently found a necklace

on etsy that I WANT!

{of course, my heart would be on the west coast, by Tampa}

The shop is currently closed...

but I am hoping it will open soon 

so I can order this!

How do you create and stick to new habits?

I have a few 

new, healthy habits

I am going to work on soon.

I am thinking that I will ditch

New Year's resolutions

and start Back to School Goals...

1. Drink more water

2. Get up before SBJ and get my day started

3. Have a nightly routine and reasonable bedtime

4. Be more active
(possible a.m. workout &/or p.m. walk?)

5. Be less critical of others

So, I have been talking for awhile

about wanting some

COWBOY BOOTS.

My wonderful hubs was in Texas

a few weeks ago

and BOUGHT ME SOME!

woowoo!

I am so excited.

{Except I cant wear them now bc my feet are so HOT}

 I was wearing them around the house the other day 

and SBJ wanted to put his boots on too...

his SNOW boots! Silly boy!

However, sometimes I am bummed by the photos I don't get...

{ie: no photos of SBJ and I at SeaWorld}

we got 2 sets of 

velvet hangers for Christmas.

I have recently decided that

I LOVE THEM

and I want MORE!

I totally want to phase out 

ALL of our plastic hangers

and replace them with the nice velvet ones...

Our dryer is broken.

washer and dryer

it just isn't practical right now.
