How do you create and stick to new habits?
I have a few
new, healthy habits
I am going to work on soon.
I am thinking that I will ditch
New Year's resolutions
and start Back to School Goals...
1. Drink more water
2. Get up before SBJ and get my day started
3. Have a nightly routine and reasonable bedtime
4. Be more active
(possible a.m. workout &/or p.m. walk?)
5. Be less critical of others
